PBN Plate

Main Features:

1. Can withstand up to 2300°C in vacuum, and up to 2700°C in ammonia atmosphere.

2. High purity, no gas impurities released at high temperatures (>99.99%).

3. Good toughness (hexagonal structure similar to graphite).

4. Excellent high-temperature insulation (volume resistivity of 3.11 × 10¹¹ Ω•cm).

5. Strong chemical inertness, resistant to acid, alkali, salts, and organic solvents corrosion.

6. Low thermal conductivity along the c-axis, which helps block heat transfer and reduces heat loss.

Product Overview: Conventional insulating materials typically have drawbacks such as poor high-temperature resistance, low purity, gas release at high temperatures, poor toughness, loss of insulation properties at high temperatures, and susceptibility to corrosion. PBN (Pyrolytic Boron Nitride) insulating boards address these issues effectively.

Product Applications:
Used in fields such as vacuum, high-temperature, and MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) equipment, including insulating pads, gaskets, supports, and other components.
